Bachelor in Architecture  

Working as a professional since 2004, creating illustrations, comics and caricatures.

 Working, since 2008, as an art teacher, and currently the official teacher of Comics and Sequential arts for "ABRA - Academia Brasileira de Arte". 

Worked as a Graphics Artist for seven years in the Philippines. 

Now works full time freelance as a visual artist to pursue my passion in both digital and traditional illustration. 

I  work most of  the time as a comic  artist specializing in cover art, penciling,   inking, & coloring.

Marcelo Salaza (A) is a Brazilian comic book artist with over two decades in the industry. In his personal life, Marcelo is a husband, and father to four wonderful children. Has worked  with leading independent comic book publishers like IMAGE Comics, Titan Comics, Action Labs, and more! Marcelo's distinct style has earned him collaborative projects with industry giants such as Jimmy Palmiotti and Justin Gray.
